The entire week was Heavenly. Tickets, which are no cost to the learners are issued the week prior. However, the crew issued out all the tickets for this week in one day. The captain made some contacts. After several days of prayer and waiting on the Lord, it was confirmed that another vessel and crew would sail with To Cruise With LOVE.
That was definitely God’s plan. It was stated that conversations were high-spirited on both vessels. It was heard that a group rented a passenger van and drove four hours to get to the dock. The learners were excited. This week was not only difference due to having two vessels. It was also different because of the Urgency to preach the Gospel of Christ.
The technology was set up so that all learners on both vessels were viewing the same videos and the captains’ messages were heard on both vessels.
The group started out with prayer and then on to worship. Majesty by Ron Kenoly :
So exalt, lift up on high the name of Jesus. Magnify, come glorify Christ Jesus the King. Majesty, Worship His Majesty. JESUS who died is now glorified King of all Kings.
JESUS who died is now glorified!
JESUS who died is now glorified!
JESUS who died is now glorified!
King of all Kings!!! Amen!
To Cruise With LOVE and its companion vessel was delayed for two hours before they set sail. Allowing all aboard to gain their composure and be ready for what God had planned for the journey.
The worship to our Lord and Savior was Heavenly.
I was reminded of scripture verses read out of the Book of Ezra and Nehemiah.
Ezra 10:1 (NKJV) reads, “Now while Ezra was praying, and while he was confessing, weeping, and bowing down before the house of God, a very assembly of men, women, and children gathered to him from Israel; for the people wept very bitterly.”
Nehemiah 8:8-9 (NKJV) reads, “ So they read distinctly from the book, in the Law of God; and they gave the sense, and helped them to understand the reading. And Nehemiah, who was the governor, Ezra the priest and scribe, and the Levites who taught the people said to all the people, “This day is Holy to the LORD your God; do not mourn nor weep.” For all the people wept, when they heard the words of the Law.
It was noticeable in the actions and responses from the learners that they were being convicted by the Holy Spirit. The vessels had not left the dock, as not to disrupt the flow of the Holy Spirit. As written in Luke 24:45, “And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.”
When the reverent silence from the learners and crew was felt; the captains agreed that the timing was right to depart the dock. The captains were in divine communication with each other and all on board. They were heard saying, “When you confess your sins to God, He forgets them. Now is the time to repent and grow in the knowledge of God.
After a brief word of encouragement, the vessels set sail for the port cities of Philippians, Colossians, 1&2 Timothy and Titus.
It was a great time of hearing Sound Doctrine from the Word of God. Many learners who thought they were saved were asking, “What Must I Do To Be Saved.”
The Gospel of Christ was preached all week. The Good News of What Jesus Blood did to reconcile humanity to God; our Father who art in heaven. The lesson on: How we have eternal life, Our names are written in the Book of Life and The New Covenant had the learners captivated,
The reading from the Word of God and the Sound Doctrine teaching of Jesus left all in spiritual delight. All were given a small plaque with Paul’s prayer for the Colossians and reminded to pray daily for themselves and others.
Nehemiah 8:10 says, "Then he said to them, Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is Holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow; for the joy of the LORD is your strength. ”Then he said to them, Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is Holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”“Then he said to them, Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is Holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”
It was a Holy week to the Lord!!
Many learners accepted Jesus as their Savior and Lord. The learners did not repeat words that someone told them to say. They spoke to God from their heart, in their own words. Discipleship kits were given to learner who had been obedient to John 3:3,5 (NKJV). Jesus answer and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”
Communication contacts were exchanged to invite the new believers to an online fellowship. God’s LOVE must be taught and practiced to avoid being conformed to the culture of society.
Those who were assured of their salvation were encouraged to pray for opportunities to win lost souls to the kingdom of God. Luke 19:10, “for the Son of Man has come to seek and save that which was lost.” If not Heaven, Hell and on to the Lake of Fire is the only option for the souls of humanity.
We who are truly Born Again are to be doing the work that Jesus did (John 14:12 NKJV).
The music by Ron Kenoly: Majesty and We Declare That The Kingdom of God is Here was heard and felt as the learners followed the process for departing the vessel.
